Vintage Bamboo Fly Fishing Rod 3 pieces maker unknown

Vintage Bamboo Fly Fishing Rod 3 pieces maker unknown. The only marking I see says either Bermard or Bernard then marking that say 6" 7" 8" approx 1 inch apart. Nice 3 piece rod each section measures 35" each. Comes with sock but no tube
Tube lenght 40" 2lbs
Note: Some of these rods especially the 2 and 3 piece rods are long and the only or at least least expensive  way to ship is USPS. If the shipping is high and it comes in less when i ship Im will refund all excess.
