Florican Silver Bustard fas shown in photos  barb length  3" insides. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: I take measurements from whichever is better quality inside or outside. Generally the inside is going to be longer but its not always better color. I measure the sweet spot (about 2/3 way up the feather). Also most Florican we use as tiers is from old millinery inventory and some were cut so edges were clean.
